If 10,000 is going on then we put our house in the range of 10-12 or 15,000 You get a call that we want your house on rent, Rs.35,000/- per month

that guy sent me the full details with the document there is no rate up to 35,000 in our area

The company is giving this rate the company name is "Live Homes" so many other companies are there,

but I am just giving an example When I searched on Google, I found many news articles about this company The CEIT funding of this company is 5 million dollars

Now the company may be different The company that comes to him is may different, and is genuine

even in many cases. to input our funding news in media is not difficult

to input any kind of news is not difficult Input it at one place and it pops up everywhere So this company has created a good image in the market

you will get Rs.35,000/- one condition is there You have to get the interior done in the house according to our specifications

need wiring from this company, need wooden flooring from this company, we want that washing machine, we want iron rods the same one

the RBI also launch the advertisement about this it is normally called phonePe scams, Because most of the time, this scam done on the phone itself But it may also happen in PayTm or Google Pay.

but, which scam is this? >>PRASAD: Earlier it used to run on the Quikr and Olx, generally But now it's normal, it's happening anywhere

like, QR code has been sent for payment scan this, after that, you will get money in your account

Sir, balance will not be deducted There is a QR ID number for the balance refund any of your amounts will not be deducted, sir

By writing "refund" below, you have written 1,100, sir? yes but it shows, proceed to pay

why should I pay here? I have to receive the amount, right? So the option should have come for receive only. Sir, it will be paid from our head's account to your account

So you pay in their account Okay, fine. No sir! Here, as if I clicked on the pay, it is asking for a UPI pin,

Then why do I put my UPI there? Generally, this case was found long back, in Nagpur one person was there,

who, sold his refrigerator on Olx. it was for 10,000 rupees, the other person said it's okay, and he did a little bargaining

so that it seems like he is a genuine buyer so he said okay, I am doing the payment, sending you a QR code

you just scan that, the money will be credited to your account So as soon as it's scanned

so immediately it asks for a passcode of 4 digit

So he put it immediately and the money was deducted [laughing] It happened so quickly with him

there was a company named, Catchy Pixel it was about March 2020, when lockdown had just imposed

I received emails and messages from so many people they said, there is a company which tells you install a TV in your home on that TV, the ad comes all the time

Only the advertisement comes, Patanjali's and all display the ad, and monthly you will get 5,000 to 6,000 rupees

you just have to pay them Rs 55,000-60,000, for buying a TV and for its registration

And then your monthly income will start Rs 5,000 then, its second upgrade came 1 lakh rupees

upgrade was came, and there was a TV of Rs 11,000 There was a normal Android TV, in that, ads used to come all the time

now, you have to watch it for a minimum of 8 hours per day Now, who will watch? they put the TV on for 8 hours

And money is coming, people said man, what a nice thing is this? I am doing work with the company for the last 1 year as a customer and as a Franchise Vision

we understood that this website is also not genuine all names are dummy we searched a Google image of that lady whose name was there on the website

She is the CEO of a different company >>MANDEEP: Wells Fargo >>RISHABH: she is the CEO of Wells Fargo, took from there and showed her the CEO of his company

>>MANDEEP: it was written in that article, the CEO of its Asia branch, her name is Riva Calson

And this photo has been put, you watch it carefully this is the photo, and the name is Riva Calson What did I do? I don't know we don't do this every time

Because I've got so many facts So I felt let's search this photo once on Google

As soon as I searched for the photo, I came to know that this photo is on one LinkedIn profile

And the name is written on it, Bernadette Fargo and its position is written that she is the Vice President of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

For the last 15 years now either she is Riva Calson, or she is Bernadette Fargo I haven't seen 2 people with the same face in real life

yes, I definitely saw them in the movies What are you saying? We both also have the same face >>RISHABH: Okay, all this things we have done

but, one missing piece was I talked with so many people, but even a single person I talked with it's franchise dealer

there is not a single default this is a scam, but how to prove this?

So we couldn't call this scam outrightly So we made a video of it, in which we told 10 red flags of its

What was the scam? listen, You buy a car, we will stick an ad sticker on your car Okay?

And you will earn so much from that add that we will give your EMI we will give EMI of 7 to 8 thousand rupees

but before that, you have to pay Rs 35,000 to stick that ad and all then after, we will pay your EMI

that means, in two years your money will double And then we'll scrap your bike or else something we will do, and you will get some amount of that bike, etc...

I think that scam was some 200 - 300 crores or even more

their office was of 7 floors the very large, office was spread on a large land they made for a bike bot Where actually 5-7 thousand bikes used to stand

but so many investors were trapped in this at the national level so these 3 were combo scams

Scam #08

that, this Co-Operative bank giving you 11% return on FD This one is giving you 12%

I said that even the government is not able to give that much of bond This means if you look at the fixed return, then no one can reach there so how is this possible?

so, these people are doing very aggressive marketing I have seen 2-3 Co-Operative banks which have also failed

so at our place, Vasanthari Badesar was there near to our home town, it was a Co-Operative bank

what happens in a Co-Operative bank? these are very risky to park your money

Why I am telling you? regulations are there, but not strong enough Means, the bank in my home town

recently the RBI impose some restrictions on that, its name is Malkapur Urban so what happens actually? I am not telling that all Co-Operatives are the same

the people who make the Co-Operative banks, almost they are politicians What these people will do? First, they will form some companies

they have clear modus operandi which people don't understand Now they take deposits from common people

please come forward to deposit money, this bank is of your city, village and people deposits money. thereafter big loans are given to sugar mills by politicians

Now, these companies get closed in 2-3 years, many of them being shell companies

these companies are being created to make money, transfer it to other things.

They defaults and people's money gets sink Then RBI have to put restrictions, No one allowed to withdraw money more than 10,000

So, from this most important thing is if you are parking money in bank, prefer nationalized banks

how does it work? Data Entry, so many people want to work from home job innumerable websites are there,

Even if applied on your naukri.com or anywhere, they will send mail immediately to you that, monthly you can earn 15,000 to 20,000 rupees

through our Data Entry work what do you need to do? we are giving you a resume or giving you some forms, or some XYZ things

that many forms you have to fill on each form, you will get this amount When people do calculations, it becomes above 10-15,000 to 50,000

the catch is, if you did a single mistake, you won't get money And you will have to compensate for the loss of the company

this was happened to my brother-in-law up to first step, it looks so genuine I didn't even suspect at first

I thought, may be it's possible exactly what? you put your resume on naukri.com

you get an email that your interview has been scheduled in TATA or in TCS Proper interview will done

proper interview, by video call if you are in place like Delhi, then officially they will call you at office There your interview will take place

After the interview, they will say that if you will be selected, then we will tell you you reached home then after 2-3 days they say you have been selected

means, you have been selected for next stage but you have to pay Rs 7,500 for your resume verification

Right? it's okay the resume verification happens everywhere

you will get an official letter from TCS, that is after that, you give that money Then one or two rounds of the interview process will go on

After that they will say that okay, now your final round is over. your joining will be done on this date before joining, you have to deposit this security fee of TCS

This is TCS's account, write any name above the account and mostly, that account is of Paytm

The TCS has an account in Paytm, seriously! so you deposit the money there you will get this back with your first salary

it is fake So in a Data Entry scam, they are asking you for money about anything for your verification, even before starting Data Entry,

they will tell you that Rs 550 for software Rs 50 for registration Fake

and after that, if someone asks you for money before giving a job Even after getting the job, if the company asks you for money, then it is wrong.

after getting a job, the company will give you a salary why do you have to pay them So these are the 2 scams that people have to be aware of
