Search in video
Hi guys and welcome back to the channel.
Do you know
in India, which skills are in demand at present?
And what skills will be in demand in future jobs?
When we graduate from college,
we have no idea what kind of jobs are available.
What will be the salary packages?
And for that what skills should we develop?
To solve this issue,
I was doing online research
that is there any resource which is quite trustworthy,
and that is when I found,
The India Salary Guide 2023
This is a very comprehensive report
in which different jobs are mentioned in different sectors.
What are the average and highest packages?
What skills are required for each job is also mentioned.
So today in this video I will tell you about the top
3 skills required in all these possible career options.
Before that let me share
why I felt that this report is genuine.
I'll give you my example.
I did my graduation from IIM Ahmedabad.
And after that, I joined a company, Cadbury
in the position of Manager in Sales & Marketing.
So if you look at Sales and Marketing in this report,
then under it, you will see the option of FMCG.
Cadbury is an FMCG company.
And it is written just below that
what would be the salary of the top 20 B-schools.
Because IIM comes in top 20 B-schools
so we check the role of sales under it, which was mine.
It is given that the minimum average and maximum salary is
20, 26, and 32 lakhs
and at that time my salary was 28 lakhs per annum
which is slightly above average,
according to this report and absolutely correct.
Along with this,
if you also want to check the salary of my juniors.
You can check the section of retail to check their salary
Here the minimum average
and maximum salary of sales are given 12, 18 and 24
for Area Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in Cadbury
their salary used to be 12 to 15 lakhs per annum
which is absolutely correct as per this report.
